At Dhan Decor, we take utmost care in packaging and shipping our wooden decor and furniture items directly from our workshop in Rajasthan to destinations across India.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Products: Orders are manufactured, quality-checked, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Products: Crafting and packaging take 3 to 5 business days prior to dispatch.
  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or national holidays.

2. Estimated Transit & Delivery Times We partner with reliable courier networks (including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post) to ensure safe doorstep delivery:

  • Metro & Tier 1 Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Jaipur, etc.): 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities / Regional Areas: 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
  • Northeast & Remote Pincodes: 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders (UPI, Cards, Net Banking): Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery pincode (or Free Shipping across India on promotional orders).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A standard convenience fee may apply to COD orders at checkout to cover courier verification charges.

4. Tracking Your Shipment Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an automated dispatch notification via SMS and email with your AWB tracking link. You can track your parcel’s live journey directly on the courier partner’s portal.

5. Damaged in Transit Every shipment is wrapped in multiple layers of protective foam and corrugated packaging. If a parcel arrives visibly crushed or damaged:

  • Take photos of the outer box before opening.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 80034 71820 or email jks@dhandecor.in so we can arrange an immediate replacement under our 7-Day transit damage guarantee.
